1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. sugar
3-4 green onions, chopped
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. salted Spanish peanuts
Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, green onions, and raisins in a bowl. Add broccoli and chill several hours. Add peanuts just before serving.
**You can also add shredded carrots if you like.
